JOB DESCRIPTION (Outbound Sales Process)
No of Openings - 15
Calling potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
REQUIRED SKILLS
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Preferable in Insurance. Minimum 2 to 3 years (Face to face sales experience considered as well)
Excellent communication skill - English and Hindi (Preferred knowing 1 additional language- Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali)
Should know products of the earlier company well
Aggressive in closing sales & self-motivated individual
Good at basic Maths calculations- Calculation of age from DOB, simple basic multiplications
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Proven experience working as a Telesales Executive / Insurance / Field Sales.
Presentable personality (clothing/appearance should be apt for video calling if required)
Willing to work in Day (Weekly Rotational) Shift and Rotational week off.
6 Days Working
Age Criteria : 25-40 Years
Being competitive and willing to work under pressure.

Salary Bracket between 20K CTC – 30K CTC plus incentive from the client [Salary depends on Sales Knowledge, Insurance Knowledge, English communication, Education and Stability].
