Job Responsibilities:-
Serve as a Front End Compliance Advisor, managing key accounts, coordinating client engagements, and ensuring timely payment follow-ups and collections.
Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for document collection, overseeing backend processes including startup registrations, ledger accounting, payroll processing, compliance filings, and more.
Handle daily client requests, resolving queries efficiently through effective phone coordination.
This is a system-based desk job focused on client coordination, not a field role. Conduct client calls to nurture relationships, facilitate service renewals, and explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities. This is not a hardcore sales lead generation role.
