Work Description:
+ Finding prospective customers by making cold calls
+ Understanding customer's requirement by asking relevant questions
+ Pitching the product/services and convincing prospective customers
+ Consult customers on their requirements by acting as a subject matter expert
+ Suggesting appropriate solution as a consultant
+ Following-up with prospective customers for documents/details till completion of sales cycle
+ Setting up appointments for meetings or calls
+ Noting down customer's details and interactions in the database
+ Give reminders via calls/emails/whatsapp wherever necessary
Basic requirements:
English fluency – Intermediate level
Good oral and written communication skills.
Education background: No bar
Work experience: Freshers or any experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer or a similar role
Well versed with computer
Team player
Professional, confident, responsible and self-motivated
Ability to work under pressure
Timing: 10am to 7pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
