Introduction:

At The Coffee Co, we believe in satisfying the needs of our customers. We do so, by making all

channels of communication open for our clients and helping them discover essential products /

services that are available with us. That is why we are seeking a highly skilled telesales executive. By

bridging the gap between the customers and the company, the work of a telesales executive

involves having telephonic conversations with the customers, while hitting the sales targets of the

company. Going the extra mile for the customer is a vital part of the role of the telesales executive.

With an in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings, the ideal telesales executive works towards

building a strong relationship with customers, by making telephonic sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Make outgoing calls to customers of different segments including Corporates, HoReCa,

HNI’s, Institutions and many other segments.

2. Explain them about our company products/services and generate more leads.

3. Incoming leads to be handled with priority.

4. Sending emails and having a close follow up with the prospective clients.

5. Ensure that the leads are getting converted in to sale.

6. Demos to be arranged by coordinating with the field sales/service team if required.

7. Meet weekly/monthly sales targets as per the company requirement.

8. Foster strong relationships with the existing customers for recurring sale. Also, keep

updating them on the new launches.

Required Skills and Qualification:

1. Prior experience working as a telesales executive or in a similar role for minimum 1 year.

2. Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

3. Outstanding negotiation and time management skills.

4. Fluency in English and Hindi.

5. Great communication skills, both verbal and written.

6. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
