Salary: Up to ₹15,000 + Incentives
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: +:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Location: Kharadi, Pune 14
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for personal loans.
- Assist customers in filling out loan applications and provide guidance throughout the loan process.
- Conduct verification and due diligence of customer documents.
- Maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly targets set by the organization.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or queries related to personal loans.
- Keep updated with the latest product features and offerings of Bajaj Finance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in BPO or Sales.
- Education qualification of HSC.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in local languages and English.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
