Job Summary:
We at Robu.In have a dedicated B2B-Sales Team who engages with the Customers for all kinds of Sales related activities. Each Sales Executive is assigned with a certain set of customers, through which they take efforts for achieving their Sales target. But in all through this, after placing orders, initially some of our customers they go stagnant and lose engagement with us. In this way we have classified our customers into Performing Accounts (PA) and Non-Performing Accounts (NPA).
We are looking for smart-working, talented & fluent communicating individuals/freshers or experienced candidates as Tele-Sales Executives for Inside Sales and help convert the Non-Performing Accounts into the Performing ones. The major job role of the Tele-Sales Executive will be calling up such customers (NPA’s) and understand the reasons behind their non-engagement and help resolve any issues or problems they may have faced, which will in turn result to Sales and help convert the non-performing accounts into the performing ones.
Experience:
Freshers, 0.6 months-to-2 Years experienced, people having relevant experience as Out-bound Sales/Sales Support/Tele-Sales or Inside-Sale’s executive/associate for Electronic Products & Components.
Salary Range:
(Rs. 2,22,821/- to Rs. 2,68,616/- per annum + Sales Incentive depending upon target achievements), ₹14,000 to ₹18,000 In-hand Per Month + P.F + ESIC + Gratuity & Health Insurance Benefit provided by company.
Educational Qualification Any freshers/Any Graduates, ITI/Diploma/B. E -Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications (E&TC), Mechatronics, or anyone with relevant experience into Tele-Sales/Out-bound/Inside Sales will be preferred.
Required Key Skills:
Fluent verbal & written English communication is compulsory.
Microsoft Excel & Basic computer knowledge.
Relevant Experience as a Out-bound Sales, Sales Support, Tele-Sales or Inside-Sale’s for Electronic Products & Components.

Job Role & Responsibilities:
The main job role & responsibilities of the Tele-Sales Executives will be:
Daily calling the Customers from the Non-Performing Accounts (NPA’s) and understanding the reasons behind low or no business.
Resolving issues related to Services/Pricing of products required by customers, by coordinating with the Sales Executive’s.
Researching the web for the competitor’s products and doing a comparative study to help assist the Customers better.
Properly understanding the electronic technicalities and functions.
Mailing of the shipping details and invoices to the customers.
