Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain products/services and generate sales over the phone
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain call records and update CRM/system
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Gujarati preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
