Responsibilities-
· Lead Generation: The Telesales Executive is responsible for identifying and researching national tender opportunities that align with the company's offerings.
· Outbound Calls: The Telesales Executive makes proactive outbound calls to potential customers participating in national tenders.
· Needs Analysis: They engage with potential customers involved in national tenders, understanding their requirements, challenges, and pain points.
· Product/Service Presentations: The Telesales Executive effectively communicate the unique features, benefits, and advantages, emphasizing how they address the needs of customers participating in national tenders.
· Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers is a key responsibility.
· Pipeline Management: They track all sales activities, maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, monitor progress, and provide timely updates and forecasting reports.
· Collaboration: Collaboration with the Sales team, Marketing team, and other relevant departments is crucial.
Requirements-
· The Telesales Executive should have previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role. A proven track record of achieving sales targets is essential.
· Familiarity with the national tender process, including identifying and responding to tender opportunities, is highly desirable.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying complex information, influencing potential customers, and building relationships. (English proficiency is required)
· Resilience, self-motivation, and strong persuasion skills are necessary to overcome objections, handle rejections, and successfully close sales with potential customers.
· Effective time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail are vital to manage leads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
· Technology Proficiency: Comfort and proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and other relevant technology are important for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and generating reports.
