Company Overview:
Brands.live (formerly Brandspot365) is a mobile application that allows users to get personalized templates with their company logo, details, and product/service information.
Position: Telesales Executive (Female Preferred)
Location: Bhuyangdev, Naranpura Ahmedabad
Job Type: Full-time
CTC: Based on previous CTC and interview performance
Number of Openings:
- 2 positions for candidates proficient in Hindi, English, and Gujarati
- 1 position for candidates proficient in English, Hindi, and Tamil
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in [languages required for the position: Hindi, English, Gujarati/Tamil]
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
