Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handling all incoming calls/performing outbound calls from/ for prospective clients.
Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
Good to handle Domestic processes.
Maintaining the database of the customers regularly.
Attend sales meetings, work closely with the team, and keep current with all product information, pricing, and contract terms
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution.
Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
Salary:
₹10, ₹16,000.00 per month
