Skills Required : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English (mandatory). Polished phone etiquette with the ability to engage and influence HNI customers. Strong sales orientation with a customer-centric approach. Ability to understand customer preferences and suggest suitable travel options. Basic knowledge of travel packages, luxury destinations, and premium services. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
