Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Telesales Executive (Freshers) located on-site in Mumbai. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, creating new business opportunities, and developing relationships with clients by phone, email, and other communication methods. The Telesales Executive will also work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Experience in telesales or customer service is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluent in English and local languages is preferred
