We are looking to hire candidates for the senior Telesales Executive role.
The person should have a minimum of 2 yr. of experience for this position.
Tele caller Responsibilities:
● Calling the students & teachers and updating them of the product.
● Solving queries of Teachers & Students.
● Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
● Studying the details of each product and remaining abreast of updates to these products.
Recording all inbound & outbound calls Tele caller Requirements:
● Superb verbal communication in Gujarati & Hindi.
● Graduate with 2-3 yr. experience
● Prior experience as a tele caller or similar in the field of counseling or Call Centre at least for 1 year
● Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
