Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Telesales Executive located on-site in Gurugram. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, and sales. The Telesales Executive will have to make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services. The successful candidate will have a passion for selling and customer engagement with the aim to consistently achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven customer service, lead generation and telesales experience
• Highly organized and target-driven
• Ability to handle objections and overcome hurdles during sales calls
• Good listening and persuasive skills with a strong customer focus
• Skilled in using CRM tools as well as Microsoft Office
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field is a plus
• Experience in digital marketing or web design is a plus
