Job Summary of Customer Support Jobs in Ahmedabad:
You will provide information to our potential customers regarding a variety of products and services offered by IndiaMart. You’ll play a key role in increasing our sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion, refer more duties to apply telesales jobs in Ahmedabad earlier.
Job Duties of Telecalling job in Ahmedabad
• Firstly, you’ll work as individual contributor,
• Build and manage productive and also professional relationships with Ahmedabad clients using telephonic and/or video conversations
• Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit from IndiaMart,
• Ensure products/services in clients e-catalog are accurately defined
• Prompt resolution of Gujarat client complaints,
• Assist the Ahmedabad field sales team in achieving revenue and client retention targets by systematic follow up & time bound closures
• Lastly, Daily telephone/video calls with clients.
