Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
Go the - extra mile- to facilitate potential and filtered leads to the sales team
Expandable in terms of taking up other roles if and when required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Proficiency in English and Hindi communication
Preference to candidates with experience in US/UK calling processes
Freshers with good communication skills too can apply
Smart, dynamic and presentable
Timings
10:30 AM to 06:30 PM
Salary Range
15,000/- to 25,000/- per month
Candidate should be comfortable with 6-day working. Weekly off remains on Tuesday. Sunday is working.
