Qualifications and Skills
• 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to persuade and influence customers
• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Good knowledge of financial services and loan products
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work well in a team

Roles and Responsibilities
• Make cold calls to potential customers and introduce our loan products
• Generate leads and follow up with prospects
• Explain the loan application process and assist customers in completing their applications
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our loan offerings
• Close sales over the phone and meet monthly sales targets
