Telesales Executive - Jaipur (On-site)
Company: Dawaadost Pharma Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Jaipur, India
Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads or databases.
• Present and promote products or services to prospects over the phone.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
• Address questions and concerns to facilitate sales.
• Close sales deals and achieve weekly, monthly, or quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for improving sales performance.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and confident phone manner.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
