About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Engaging in phone communication with guests and business partners
2. Serving as the initial point of contact to enhance inbound sales efforts
3. Planning and executing daily and monthly sales targets
4. Relaying customer feedback to the organization
5. Working in a rotational shift role, including morning and afternoon shifts
We are rethinking inbound sales and striving to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests. As a contact center sales champion, you will play a vital role in achieving this goal.
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Bangalore
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or inbound sales
3. Enjoy conversing with new people over the phone
4. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
5. Passionate about startups and familiar with the dynamics of a young and rapidly growing team
6. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Applications and CRM tools
7. Ability to adapt to a rotational shift-based environment with a 6-day work/week
