Ideal candidate will responsible to drive sales activities within assigned region in Rajasthan, You will also be responsible calling the Jaipur customers and answering all their questions related to purchase orders.

Job Summary of Customer Support Jobs in Jaipur:
You will provide information to our potential customers regarding a variety of products and services offered by IndiaMart. You’ll play a key role in increasing our sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion, refer more duties to apply telesales jobs in Jaipur earlier.
Job Duties of Telecalling job in Jaipur
• Firstly, you’ll work as individual contributor,
• Build and manage productive and also professional relationships with Jaipur clients using telephonic and/or video conversations
• Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit from IndiaMart,
• Ensure products/services in clients e-catalog are accurately defined
• Prompt resolution of Rajasthan client complaints,
• Assist the Jaipur field sales team in achieving revenue and client retention targets by systematic follow up & time bound closures
• Lastly, Daily telephone/video calls with clients.
Qualification to apply IndiaMart Job vacancy in Jaipur :
• Any Graduate / Post graduate candidates can apply IndiaMart Careers.
• Good if have 6+ month of experience in filed of TeleSales, Telemarketing, BPO or Outbound Telesales. MBA Freshers can apply jobs in Jaipur Rajasthan,
