Job Summary:-
The Admission Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential students via phone, providing information about college programs, guiding them through the admission process, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:-
Call prospective students from the provided database and generate admission interest.
Explain details about courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails.
Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses and career paths.
Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and admissions in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the admissions team for application processing and documentation.
Handle inbound admission inquiries from students.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective students.
MBA fresher candidates preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
