Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote and sell our products and services. This role involves making outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Requirements and responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products or services.
Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information to facilitate sales.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
