Job Description for a Sangam Telesales
Responsibilities:
Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations.
Collecting and documenting customer information, payment methods, transactions, and reactions to products.
Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products.
Follow a provided script and adhere to company guidelines.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
12th passed with Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Telesales.
Must be fluent in Hindi and Gujarati.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be comfortable working from the office.
Must be an immediate Joiner.
Shift Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM (1 Rotational week off)
Job Location: Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai
Job Type: Full Time
Remuneration: 25K Per month (In hand) + PF + Incentives (Upto 1.5Lakhs per month)
