Job Title: Tele Sales Executives (Maharashtra Elections)
Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to potential clients, including political candidates, campaign managers, and related stakeholders.
- Promote and sell election-related products and services provided by ESS Agency.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the products/services, tailoring the pitch to the client's specific needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Accurately document all interactions, client details, and sales outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales pitches and strategies based on feedback and results.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call quotas.
- Stay updated on election-related news and trends to better understand the market and client needs.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hindi with strong verbal communication skills; additional fluency in Marathi (for Maharashtra elections) is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals over the phone.
- Basic understanding of the electoral process and the needs of political campaigns.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Comfortable working with targets and handling rejections professionally.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary ranging from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 14,000 per month.
- Attractive deal-based incentives with a flat 1% commission on every successful deal closed.
