Outbound Sales Process No Of Openings - 40 Roles & Responsibilities: • ONLY CANDIDATES LOCATED IN PUNE CAN APPLY AND OTHER CANDIDATES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. • JOB DESCRIPTION (Outbound Sales Process) No of Openings - 40 l Calling potential customers to persuade them to purchase Insurance products and services. l Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services. l Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. l Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections. l Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences. l Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales. l Answer questions about products or the company l Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales l Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales REQUIRED SKILLS l Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. l Excellent fluency in English. l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. l Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. l Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. l Undergraduates/Freshers and Experienced can apply. l Experienced candidates in Telesales or Insurance (ULIP and/or Endowment) can only apply. l Freshers should have basic knowledge of Sales and Insurance. l Willing to work in Rotational shifts and Rotational week off. l Candidate must have completed 18yrs of Age. l Being competitive and willing to work under pressure. l Job Type: Full-time l Work from Office only and immediate joiners are required. Salary Bracket between 17K CTC – 25K CTC plus incentive from the client [Salary depends on Sales Knowledge, Insurance Knowledge, English communication, Education and Stability].
