Full job description

Job Profile: Outbound Sales Executive

Location: Pune (In-office role)

Job Responsibilities:

Call potential customers to promote and sell company products/services

Manage customer accounts and ensure satisfaction

Build strong customer relationships for repeat business

Use company-provided sales scripts to drive conversions

Handle objections professionally and close sales

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Answer customer queries and provide product recommendations

Work in rotational shifts with rotational week-offs

Education Qualification and Experience required:

Candidates residing in Pune (mandatory)

Fresher & experienced professionals (Sales/Insurance background preferred)

Fluent in English with excellent communication & negotiation skills

Comfortable with rejections and competitive sales targets

Willing to work in a fast-paced sales environment
