Job Responsibility
Ensuring maximum lead generation out of the databaseAccountability of the database assigned for calling – daily target of about 140-160 callsCapturing the correct details and updating the CRM accuratelyUse of multi-channel communication (Email/WhatsApp) for follow-ups with the studentsAssist in calling for the fairs/eventsTimely submission of required reportsRegularly updating their knowledge of our offerings
Requirements and Skill
Freshers with excellent verbal and written skillsPrior work experience of 1-3 years in a BPO/Call Centre environment would be a plusGood spoken and written EnglishConvictionConfidenceProbing capabilitiesQuality work mindsetFlexibility to work in shifts - Window of 10:00 am to 8:00 pm (8.5 hrs x 5.5 days with 2
Saturdays off in a month)
Flexibility to work in GurgaonProficient in MS Office applications
