Job Description
CRM & Database Handling • Update and maintain CRM records for leads, prospects, and clients. • Track lead status, follow-up dates, and conversation history. • Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions for reporting.
Coordination & Support • Coordinate between sales, design, and operations teams for lead allocation and updates. • Share daily lead reports and follow-up summaries with management. • Assist in preparing quotations, client communication, and basic documentation.
Customer Relationship Management • Maintain strong client relationships through prompt communication and professional etiquette. • Resolve customer queries or complaints and escalate issues when needed. • Support retention efforts by ensuring a positive customer experience.
Front Office & Reception Management • Manage incoming calls, visitor handling, and front-desk coordination. • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for clients and walk-ins. • Manage appointment scheduling and daily office coordination.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
