About the Role
StaffAnchor is hiring a B2C Sales Manager for a leading client in the Consumer Internet Matchmaking domain. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with strong experience in inside sales, team leadership, and revenue generation. You will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team and driving consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Executives and Team Leads
• Drive revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement of sales KPIs
• Develop and execute inside sales strategies to maximize conversions
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
• Track sales metrics, call quality, and funnel performance to identify improvement areas
• Conduct regular team reviews, performance discussions, and training sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and outcomes
• Ensure adherence to sales processes, compliance standards, and company policies
Requirements
• 4–9 years of experience in B2C Inside Sales / Call Center Sales
• Experience managing sales teams (preferably 15–30 members)
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Experience in consumer internet / matchmaking / subscription-based sales is a plus
Work Schedule
• Saturday & Sunday are working days
• 1 rotational weekly off during weekdays
