What you’ll do
- Telemarketing / Telesales Executive
- Attending client phone calls.
- Giving proper detailing of product as per the requirement of customer.
- Follow up with customers.
- Sending information by courier, mail or phone about new launches to all existing clients, investors and - brokers.
- Sourcing of enquires through tele calling, mailers and networking with Local Level consultants. Handling daily routine queries of customers related to Projects
- Bookings, Cancellation Updates - Transfer to respective sales exec
- Manage all sources of online inquiries - website, property portals, social media etc
- Converting Telecalls into Walk INS
- Handling all Virtual Collaborative Channel Partners
- Providing any Other information required by any department.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries,customer complaints, isssues and queries
English, Hindi and Marathi.Confident
- Arranging meetings / Site visits with the customers.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Convincing skills and Negotiation Skills
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with Sales Team
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
