Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive for our Tele-Sales team based in Delhi-NCR. The chosen candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales through tele-sales channels. This role demands a seasoned professional with 1 to 05 years of sales experience, preferably with a background in selling Telecom/VAS, Software, or similar products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, a flair for business development, and a proven track record in generating leads and closing deals over voice calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in proactive B2B tele-sales activities to generate leads, promote Telecom/VAS solutions, and secure sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Showcase proficiency in conveying technical information related to Telecom/VAS products and services to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Demonstrate expertise in MS Word and Excel to manage sales documentation, reports, and client interactions effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree, preferable in BE/B-tech, BCA/MCA, BBA/MBA or related fields.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on Telecom/VAS, Software, or similar sectors.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate articulately and confidently with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a tele-sales environment.
- Exceptional business development skills, including the ability to identify potential clients and nurture relationships.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the Sales Team and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to pitch and explain technical products over voice calls in a persuasive manner.
