Description

We are currently looking for a Full-time Inside sales Executive for one of our client.
The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional
Gujarati communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Skills and Qualifications
● Proven experience as a telesales representative/ specialist / or other sales
role.
● Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the
phone.
● Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to
prospects.
● Must be fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
● Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address
complaints

Principle Accountabilities:
● Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product and
service.
● Make 100 calls every day.
● Answer questions about products and services or the company.
● Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
● Handle objections and rejections in an accurate manner.
● Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
● Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
● Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Location: Ahmedabad, Work Timing: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM
