Job Summary:

As a telecalling specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers to provide them with information about our products and services, answer their queries, and persuade them to make a purchase.
Job Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, answer their queries, and offer solutions to their problems
• Use persuasive communication skills to convince customers to make a purchase and achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring they receive excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to encourage repeat purchases
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
• Meet daily and weekly call targets to achieve sales goals
• Record customer information on our CRM system accurately
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a telecalling specialist or similar role in a sales-driven organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated to achieve targets
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Strong computer skills and experience using CRM and other sales tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a telecalling or sales role
