• Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution: Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential clients, effectively presenting and selling our services.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and deadlines.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordination with Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to synchronize sales efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest product and service offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
• Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in telesales or a related sales role.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasive abilities and excellent objection-handling skills.
- Target-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with other departments.
- Availability: Willingness to work in the UK shift (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST).
