Job Role and Responsibilities:
• Should have excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Hindi is a must and prerequisite.
• Should have good convincing power.
• Should be presentable.
• Able to explain the "concept product" to the customer.
• Maintain daily call details and customer information in the database
• Regular follow ups & Customer relationship management is a key performance area.
• Should have experience of handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Handling & providing solution to customer queries.
• Should have basic Computer knowledge.
Education: Graduate / Under Graduate
Salary: 12k-15k
Call Center Location : Niwaru road, Jhotwara, Jaipur
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales is required, anyone having experience in health sector will be given preference. Female candidates will be given preference.
