Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services over the phone. They will have to make outbound calls and follow-up with potential clients to close the sales deals. The Telesales Specialist will also have to maintain a record of all the calls made and update the customer database as and when required.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or other sales/customer service role
• Fluency in Hindi and English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Persuasive and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems
• Ability to meet sales targets
• High school diploma or equivalent
