Outbound calling for sales
Ensure sales targets are met
Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
Report on daily and weekly KPIs

3 + years of experience in telesales
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Target-driven attitude
Prior experience in consumer electronics or warranty services is a plus
