Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated team member to join our team on Tech Support process and to enable the sales team to schedule more demos. Additionally, you will be responsible for understanding customer queries and help resolve the same through both voice and non-voice process and ensure customer satisfaction.RESPONSIBILITIES1. Making outbound calls to warm leads (100-150 calls per day)2. Incentives paid on top of fixed salary on completing targets.3.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule demos.4. Enabling the sales team to convert leads.5. Following up with the demos scheduled.6. Updating CRM and Google Sheets on a daily basis.7.
Addressing the incoming queries of customers through calls, chats and tickets.8. Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers and ensure customer retention.SKILLS REQUIRED1. Prior experience in outbound sales or pre-sales is preferred.2. Must be fluent in spoken and written English and Hindi.3.
Must have great conversational skills to engage potential leads.4. Must be a good team player.5. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and connect with customers effectively.6. Proficiency in using CRM software.BENEFITS1.
