Position : Tele sales
Location : Mumbai Role: The employee will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. AN India Network functions relating to the Roadside Assistance (RSA) business of Europ Assistance India (“EAI”).
Responsibilities:
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone explaining them about product and services
presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information, maintaining MIS
Lead Generation Person:
Any Graduate with Min experience on 6 months freshers may apply.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
