Job description ; Role & responsibilities :
We are looking for a Top Performer in the form of a New Business Sales Executive for our Digital Marketing Agency, it is an exciting position for a full time Digital Marketing Sales Teli Callers / Sales Executive to join a friendly team based in Hyderabad. Reporting to the General Manager the Digital Marketing Sales Manager will make a significant contribution to the company sales and customer growth through several current and future digital channels. The person must have adequate qualification and experience in business development with a full-service digital agency (a minimum of 4 years). The candidate must have adequate online and offline data base of good clients (both domestic and international) who can be converted as into successful businesses.
Digital Marketing Sales: Attending inquiries/potential closing the deal independently. To ensure that the sales target set is achieved.
Client Management: To build and maintain relationships with clients, by understanding their needs, to educate them and offer Digital Markrting Product options as per their requirements.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as referral clients, data calling, networking, advertising, and online platforms. Follow up on leads promptly and convert potential
Addressing enquiries via Email/Telephonic conversations & replying back to enquiries through mail & maintaining feedback.
Market Research: To stay updated on current market trends, pricing and competitor analysis by doing project surveys and advise clients accordingly.
Negotiation: To have the ability to negotiate terms and conditions related to sales that includes price negotiation, and closing the deal and ensuring the agreement is registered as per the agreed time frame.
Sales Performance Analysis: Preparing & generating MIS reports related to daily/monthly walk-in enquiries, source report, booking & performance report, agreements pending & agreements done report, work stage report & discussing the same with the Seniors to increase better sales effectiveness.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing each and every query and concerns of new/revisit/booked client and to solve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Also, to maintain a positive and helpful attitude to build trust and to ensure long-term relationships.

Preferably from Digital Marketing / construction industry /IT
