Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective pilot trainees using the provided database. Follow a structured script to provide information about our Flying Training Institutes and answer any queries related to admission.
Inquiry Handling: Respond to inquiries from potential students via phone calls. Provide detailed information about our training programs, admission procedures, and any other relevant details.
Follow-up: Conduct regular follow-up calls with individuals who have shown interest in our programs. Keep track of communication and provide additional information as required.
Inbound Call Management: Receive and handle incoming calls from individuals interested in our Flying Training Institutes. Address queries, provide information, and guide them through the admission process.
Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English. Maintain a professional and friendly tone during interactions with potential students.
Soft Skills: Possess excellent soft skills to engage with potential trainees effectively. Build rapport, address concerns, and provide a positive experience to prospective students.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles is preferred.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse individuals.
Basic knowledge of the aviation industry and pilot training programs is a plus.
