Telecaller at Tata Motors Car Service Showroom
Position Overview: As a Telecaller at our Tata Motors Car Service Showroom, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring seamless communication between the service center and our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming and outgoing calls related to service appointments, customer inquiries, and service updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling Inbound Calls:
Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Addressing customer inquiries regarding service appointments, vehicle issues, and service procedures.
Providing information about service offerings, prices, and policies accurately.
Making Outbound Calls:
Contacting customers to schedule service appointments and confirm appointments.
Following up with customers regarding service completion and satisfaction.
Informing customers about service promotions, upgrades, and special offers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
Listening to customer concerns and resolving issues promptly or escalating them to the appropriate department.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing efficient and courteous service at all times.
Data Management:
Updating customer information and service records accurately in the database.
Keeping track of service schedules and ensuring timely reminders to customers.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinating with service advisors, technicians, and other departments to ensure smooth service operations.
Providing feedback to the management regarding customer concerns and service improvement opportunities.
