We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at flawless4ever . The Telecaller will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls to assist patients with various treatments , enquiries, etc . This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth communication process between our clinic and our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
Appointment Scheduling: Assist patients in scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of the clinic's schedule.
Provide Information: Answer patient queries regarding clinic services, hours of operation, and other general inquiries.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, appointments, and follow-up actions in the clinic’s database.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, attentive, and responsive to patient needs.
Reminder Calls: Make reminder calls to patients about upcoming appointments.
Feedback Collection: Collect patient feedback post-visit and address any concerns or escalate issues as needed.
Coordination: Coordinate with the clinic’s administrative and medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
