Job Title: Client Recruitment Associate (Telecaller)

Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Client Recruitment Associate (Telecaller) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for engaging with potential clients to promote our recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to provide information about our recruitment services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to drive client engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team recruitment targets.
• Provide insights and suggestions to improve client experience and recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling, client recruitment, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle client queries effectively and efficiently.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
