Tellecaller for Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to identify potential customers and generate new business leads.
• Explain company products and services to prospective clients in a clear and convincing manner.
• Understand client requirements and arrange follow-up calls or meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain and update the lead database regularly with accurate information.
• Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to execute outreach strategies.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly call activity and lead conversion metrics.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
• Share company brochures, technical documents, and proposals when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling or lead generation roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical products (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools.
• Target-driven with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
