Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
Introduce our products/services to potential customers and explain their benefits.
Follow scripts and guidelines to effectively communicate with customers.
Identify and overcome objections to secure sales or appointments.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and feedback.
Requirements:

Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
