Key Responsibilities:
• Inbound and Outbound Calls: Conduct both inbound and outbound calls to address queries and provide information to potential customers, franchisees, and clients.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products or services you are selling and the needs of franchisees, enabling you to address inquiries effectively.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with callers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust with a customer-centric approach.
• Query Resolution: Answer queries from franchisees and clients regarding products, services pricing, or any other concerns they may have.
• Sales Pitch: Deliver tailored sales pitches when necessary, ensuring franchisees and clients are aware of the benefits and opportunities available.
• Objection Handling: Address objections and concerns raised by franchisees or clients, providing solutions or directing them to the appropriate resources.
• Client Support: Provide ongoing support to franchisees and clients, helping them navigate the business relationship, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction.
• Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of franchisee and client interactions, as well as potential customer leads, in a CRM system.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with franchisees, clients, and potential customers as needed to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for additional sales.
• Feedback and Reporting: Share feedback and reports with the sales manager, providing insights into client interactions and sales progress.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with telemarketing regulations and company policies.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to improve sales and support performance.
Qualifications:
• 1 year of telemarketing or telesales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent English communication skills are essential for clear and effective communication with franchisees, clients, and potential customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport, address client needs, and provide outstanding support.
• Persistence and resilience to handle objections and challenging situations.
• Sales-oriented mindset and the ability to switch between sales and support roles as needed.
• Good organizational skills for managing lead and client records.
