Job Overview:
As a Telecaller at our digital marketing agency, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your primary responsibility is to generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales and marketing team. You will play a vital role in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients, identify their digital marketing needs, and create interest in our services.
• Contact leads from various sources, including databases, online platforms, and referrals, to introduce our agency and services.
• Collect relevant information about the prospect's business, marketing goals, and challenges to determine how our services can address their needs.
• Provide a brief overview of the agency's digital marketing services, emphasizing the value and benefits of our solutions.
• Schedule appointments and consultations for the sales and marketing team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handoff.
• Maintain a followup schedule to nurture leads who are not ready to commit immediately, addressing their queries and concerns.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including contact details, lead status, and conversation details, in the CRM system.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and competitive offerings to engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A friendly and persuasive demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Persistence and resilience to handle rejection and continue prospecting.
• Strong organizational skills for managing lead information and followup tasks.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and services is a plus.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or telecalling roles is preferred but not mandatory.
