Handling inquiries/complaints from customers, targeting satisfactory closure.
Developing relationships with clients and customers, thus enhancing the business.
Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email.
Customer Satisfaction and improved services.
Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with the clients/customers
Consistency in quality.
Setting up appointments.

Making Outbound Calls.
