Roles and responsibilities forTellecaller :
Provide customer support through phone and chat
Serve as a point of contact for customer support and complaints
Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve recurring customer support issues
Maintain appropriate files regarding each customer interaction
Communicate effectively with peers and managers
Communicate to customers during outbound phone calls
Verifies customer requests are accurate and consistent Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Handle cancellations and renewals
Manage all customer issues and requests
Develop and improve customer experience
Requirements for Tellecaller:
Minimum 2+ years of Proven experience in customer support.
Sound problem-solving skills to find the root cause of customer issues.
Ability to do multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and fluent in Hindi
Strong analytical skills
Strong customer service skills
High school diploma or equivalent degree
